About Pacific Truck Centers

Pacific Truck Centers operates nine truck sales and service facilities in Washington, Oregon, Alaska and Hawaii. New product lines represented include Freightliner, Western Star, Sterling parts and service, Mitsubishi FUSO, and Autocar Terminal Tractors. Pacific Truck Centers maintains one of the northwest’s largest inventories of quality pre-owned trucks, offered at all locations.

Original equipment parts and service is available for Detroit Diesel, Mercedes Benz, Cummins, and Cat engines, Allison and Eaton Fuller transmissions, Meritor products, Webasto heating products, Dynasys APU’s and Maxom lift gates. Refrigeration service and body and trailer repair is also available at select branches. The company also maintains a surplus truck parts center in Ridgefield, Washington.

SALES

Our dedicated Truck Sales staff have many years of experience in truck sales. In addition to the wide range of services that Daimler Trucks, NA offers, we have in-house expertise with custom configurations (such as twin-steer, 4-axles and custom components), to meet bridge laws and state regulations. We know that just “selling a truck” is something that anyone can do, we strive to be your business partner and add value in providing equipment that is customized to meet your specific needs. We offer finance options from several lenders to help complete your equipment purchases.

PARTS

In addition to being a Daimler Trucks Parts Pro dealer, we have a full line of parts for “All Makes” to meet your needs. Our Hawaii facility is a parts center for Freightliner, Sterling and Western Star. Our Coburg facility has parts available for Freightliner and Sterling trucks. We have the ability to direct ship from the Factory Parts Center to customers in our territory. Other branch locations generally provide 24 hour lead time from Parts Distribution Center.

SERVICE

Repair Orders are managed through our customized computer system that allows customers to view repair status online. In Coburg we have 17 full service bays and 4 body shop service bays. In Hawaii we have 12 full service bays. We have factory trained and certified technicians in all locations. We can provide factory warranty services on Freightliner, Sterling and Western Star trucks.

Additional Services Available

We offer the Daimler FLEET-PAK system-away from home service and repair support system, allowing customer service and accountability at all Freightliner Dealers. WARRANTY-Dealership "One Stop Warranty Program" provides Pacific Truck Center with the ability to handle many additional vendors warranty, in addition to our "Authorized Dealer" authority, with more vendors coming on line all of the time. All Daimler Truck NA sourced parts are warranted 1 year unlimited mileage.
